Keeping stock levels updated is essential for accurate inventory tracking. This guide will show you how to update item stock counts.

Restock / Remove
The Stock Management page is where we update item stock counts:
- Open the sidebar using the ≡ button at the top left of the app.
- To go to the Stock Management page, click Stock Management
- To update an item’s stock, click on the Update Stock button at the bottom right of the app.
You will need to input the values for the fields on the Update Stock page.
In the Update Stock page:
- Click on the + button to add an entry (multiple entries may be added).
- Fill out the fields with values.
- Fields:
- Label – A short title/description
- Event Type – To increase or decrease inventory stock
- Restock (increase)
- Remove (decrease)
- Unit Count – The number of stocks to add or remove
- Item – Item to be updated
- Note – Optional, but we suggest putting a few details to make tracking easier
- Fields:
- To remove an entry, click the – button.
- To save, click the Save button on the upper right corner of the app.
Note: In order to preserve data integrity and record all activities, users cannot edit an entry. The same process can be repeated if you need to update stock count again.
